| Gene Description | RBPMS, RNA-binding protein with multiple splicing, is a member of RRM family of RNA-binding proteins that binds poly(A) plus RNA and forms ribonucleoprotein complexes with messenger RNA, and regulates axonal branching and synapse formation (PMID: 24318667, PMID: 23785151, PMID: 25651939). A RBPMS-NTRK3 fusion has been observed in uterine spindle cell sarcoma (PMID: 29553955). | ||||||||||
