MPRIP-BRAF fusions have been identified in pancreatic cancer and lung cancer (PMID: 26314551, PMID: 24162815), an MPRIP-ALK fusion has been reported in non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 31235041), and an MPRIP-PDGFRB fusion has been reported in eosinophilia-associated myeloproliferative neoplasm (PMID: 26355392). | ||||||||||
