| Gene Description | CDK20, cyclin-dependent kinase 20, also known as cell cycle-related kinase (CCRK), plays a role in the regulation of cell proliferation and growth (PMID: 28534518). Overexpression of Cdk20 has been reported in a variety of solid tumor types, including glioblastoma, liver, ovarian, lung, and colorectal cancers (PMID: 28534518) and Cdk20 inhibition may enhance efficacy of immunotherapies (PMID: 29360538). | ||||||||||
