Gene Description KIR3DL2, killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 3DL2, is a member of the KIR-L family of inhibitory receptors that binds human leukocyte antigens and CpG oligodeoxynucleotides, and may play a role in cellular immune response, and apoptosis (PMID: 28912774, PMID: 25414436, PMID: 20147700). Overexpression of KIR3DL2 has been observed in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and Sezary syndrome (PMID: 29089310, PMID: 17703174).
