| Gene Description | NFYC, nuclear transcription factor Y subunit gamma, is a component of the heterotrimeric NFY protein complex and a transcription factor that modulates expression of its target genes, and may play a role in transcriptional activation (PMID: 27677949). A fusion of NFYC with MGMT has been identified in glioma (PMID: 32753598) and a mutation has been identified in squamous lung cell carcinoma (PMID: 16287085). | ||||||||||
