| Gene Description | SHROOM3, shroom family member 3, is an actin-binding protein involved in epithelial and neuroepithelial cell remodeling through apical constriction, which requires recruitment of Rho kinases to the apical junction followed by binding to induce constriction (PMID: 18339671, PMID: 22031541, PMID: 25171888). FGFR2-SHROOM3 has been identified in cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 35176488). | ||||||||||
