| Gene Description | CCAR2, cell cycle and apoptosis regulator 2, also known as deleted in breast cancer 1 (PMID: 31205519), plays a role in cellular processes including DNA damage response, cell proliferation, and hormone receptor signaling (PMID: 27809307, PMID: 27725203, PMID: 25732823). CCAR2 overexpression has been associated with several tumor types, including digestive tract cancers (PMID: 31205519), hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 29106957), and breast and gastric cancers (PMID: 25732823), and a FGFR2-CCAR2 fusion has been identified in lung cancer (PMID: 27245147, PMID: 23558953). | ||||||||||
