| Gene Description | TEAD1, TEA domain transcription factor 1, is a transcription factor which functions through the YAP1-Hippo pathway to regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis (PMID: 18579750, PMID: 26805820). Abnormal expression of Tead1 has been identified in several cancers including prostate, pancreatic, breast, and bladder (PMID: 23029054) and a TEAD1-NCOA2 fusion has been identified in spindle cell rhabdomyosarcoma (PMID: 23463663, PMID: 31999033). | ||||||||||
