| Gene Description | PSCA, prostate stem cell antigen, is a glycoprotein and cell surface protein that may play a role in cell proliferation, survival, and adhesion (PMID: 20501618, PMID: 32201541). Overexpression of Psca has been identified in prostate, pancreatic, bladder (PMID: 24308679), and ovarian cancers (PMID: 32201541), while decreased expression has been observed in gastric, gallbladder, and esophageal cancers (PMID: 32201541), and PSCA variants may increase risk for gastric cancer (PMID: 31983162, PMID: 31416884, PMID: 30189721). | ||||||||||
