| Gene Description | RASSF4, Ras association domain family member 4, encodes a putative tumor suppressor, which interacts with Kras and plays a role in regulating cellular signaling, proliferation, invasion, and apoptosis (PMID: 15574778, PMID: 19344752, PMID: 28081736, PMID: 31831523). RASSF4 loss or decreased expression due to promoter hypermethylation has been identified in several tumor types (PMID: 15574778), including, myeloma (PMID: 29259009), lung (PMID: 26526576), pancreatic (PMID: 32925750), nasopharyngeal (PMID: 15375500), and head and neck cancers (PMID: 19885608). | ||||||||||
