Loss of NR0B2 has been shown to be associated with development of hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 26504773) and hypermethylation of the NR0B2 promoter has been associated with decreased expression in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 29989580). | ||||||||||
