| Gene Description | RALGPS1, Ral GEF with PH domain and SH3 binding motif 1, is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor that activates the small GTPase Ral proteins (PMID: 10889189, PMID: 10747847, PMID: 21494904), potentially leading to the activation of various cellular processes including cytokinesis (PMID: 18756269). RALGPS1 fusions have been identified in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 21338279), and endometrial stromal sarcoma (PMID: 32156473). | ||||||||||
