THOR-707 is a pegylated recombinant version of IL-2 that binds IL2beta, but does not bind to IL-2 alpha, potentially resulting in activation and tumor infiltration of CD8-positive T cells without proliferation of CD4-positive immune cells (Annals of Oncology (2019) 30 (suppl_5): v475-v532).
