| Gene Description | G3BP1, G3BP stress granule assembly factor 1, encodes a protein essential for the formation and assembly of stress granules (PMID: 32302571, PMID: 25847539), and plays a role in the innate immune response (PMID: 25784705, PMID: 25520508), axonal mRNA transport, nerve regeneration (PMID: 30135423), and neuronal plasticity (PMID: 23373770). Increased G3BP1 expression has been observed in non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 31560169), renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 29717134), colon cancer (PMID: 33000280), and a fusion with PDGFRB has been identified in a myeloid neoplasm (PMID: 31999327). | ||||||||||
