| Gene Description | TNIP1, TNFAIP3 interacting protein 1, encodes a corepressor that plays a role in several pathways including negative regulation of the NF-kappaB pathway via A20 binding (PMID: 30402506, PMID: 22147607), retinoic acid receptor and peroxisome proliferator acid receptor signaling (PMID: 21967852), tumor necrosis factor signaling (PMID: 29203883, PMID: 19060883), and the toll-like receptor pathway (PMID: 16684768, PMID: 12586352). Mutations in TNIP1 have been identified in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PMID: 21266526), and decreased expression has been identified in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 31819484) and prostate cancer while increased expression has been observed in esophageal cancer (PMID: 22147607). | ||||||||||
