| Gene Description | KHDRBS1, KH RNA binding domain containing signal transduction associated 1, is a member of the STAR family of RNA-binding proteins that interacts with other proteins to regulate signal transduction, and plays a role in several biological processes including mRNA processing, cell proliferation, and cell differentiation (PMID: 24287914, PMID: 15619005, PMID: 14643926, PMID: 26273626). A KHDRBS1-NTRK3 fusion has been identified in a pediatric cutaneous spindle-cell neoplasm (PMID: 30187166). | ||||||||||
