| Gene Description | WWP1, WW domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1, belongs to the Nedd4 family of E3 ligases and regulates biological processes including transcription and signaling through degradation of target proteins (PMID: 28475870, PMID: 23799152, PMID: 19047365). WWP1 amplification has been demonstrated in prostate cancer (PMID: 17016436), breast cancer (PMID: 17330240) and oral cancer (PMID: 23849376), and elevated expression of WWP1 has been identified in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 29209041). | ||||||||||
