| Gene Description | BAZ2A, bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain 2A, is an epigenetic regulator (PMID: 25485837) that binds with SMARCA5 to form the nucleolar remodeling complex (PMID: 31000582). Overexpression of Baz2a has been observed in aggressive prostate cancer (PMID: 25485837) and an ETV6-BAZ2A fusion has been identified in pediatric pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 16643428). | ||||||||||
