| Gene Description | NISCH, nischarin, is a cytosolic protein with multiple binding partners, including integrin alpha-5, and is involved in regulation of cell signaling and migration (PMID: 26392073). NISCH may act as a tumor suppressor in breast cancer and ovarian cancer (PMID: 26392073, PMID: 21917605) and promoter hypermethylation has been observed in lung cancer (PMID: 31686733). | ||||||||||
