| Gene Description | TNFRSF13C, TNF receptor superfamily member 13C, encodes BAFF-R, a B-cell activation factor receptor (PMID: 11509692), and functions in promoting B-lymphocyte selection and survival (PMID: 30349534, PMID: 23453634, PMID: 19726767). A mutation in TNFRSF13C has been identified in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (PMID: 21041452), and TNFRSF13C expression has been demonstrated in several types of B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders, including hairy cell leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma (PMID: 16226112). | ||||||||||
