| Gene Description | NKAIN2, sodium/potassium transporting ATPase interacting 2, is also known as T-cell lymphoma breakpoint associated target 1 and is a transmembrane protein that interacts with the sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase and may play a role in nervous system development (PMID: 26770299). Somatic mutations and NKAIN2 deletion truncations have been observed in prostate cancer (PMID: 27588475) and fusions has been identified in lymphoma (PMID: 11979551). | ||||||||||
