| Gene Description | IKZF3, IKAROS family zinc finger 3, encodes the transcription factor Aiolos, which is involved in regulating gene expression and chromatin remodeling to control lymphocyte proliferation, differentiation, maturation, and survival (PMID: 10369681, PMID: 11997672, PMID: 21477865). IKZF3 mutations have been identified in chronic myeloid leukemia (PMID: 24212482), and overexpression of IKZF3 has been observed in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (PMID: 18184862, PMID: 19016725), multiple myeloma (PMID: 26823144), and lung cancer (PMID: 27308319). | ||||||||||
