| Gene Description | ARHGAP26, Rho GTPase activating protein 26, encodes for a protein that negatively regulates the Rho family by converting RhoA and Cdc42 to their inactive forms via GDP binding, and is necessary for muscle development (PMID: 24067935). A CLDN18-ARHGAP26 fusion has been identified in gastric cancer, primarily including those of the diffuse-type (PMID: 30034621). | ||||||||||
