|Gene Description||ATP10B, ATPase phospholipid transporting 10B (putative), is a P4-ATPase hypothesized to be part of a phospholipid flippase involved in catalyzing aminophospholipid transport to create lipid asymmetry in biomembrane compartments (UniProt.org, PMID: 21914794). Mutation of ATP10B has been reported in a patient with malignant peritoneal mesothelioma (PMID: 27187383).|
