| Gene Description | FMO4, flavin containing monooxygenase 4, is a dimethylaniline monooxygenase (N-oxide-forming) family member, which are highly expressed in liver and metabolize drugs and other foreign compounds (PMID: 19307449). Fmo4 expression was reported in glioblastoma patients with a favorable outcome to a combination of Avastin (bevacizumab) and Lomustine (PMID: 26762204). | ||||||||||
