| Gene Description | COMMD3, COMM domain containing 3, encodes a member of the COMMD protein family (PMID: 15799966), which plays a role in regulation of humoral immune response (PMID: 31088898), and has a putative role in expression of epithelial sodium channels (PMID: 23637203). Decreased COMMD3 expression has been observed in aneuploid acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 30480765), while increased expression has been observed in PICALM-MLLT10 leukemias (PMID: 22064352), and increased expression of a read-through fusion with BMI1 has been observed in prostate cancer (PMID: 31467179). | ||||||||||
