| Gene Description | FOSB, FosB proto-oncogene, AP-1 transcription factor subunit, encodes a leucine zipper transcription factor of the Fos family that plays a role in mediating cell proliferation and differentiation (PMID: 11402335, PMID: 15564374), and is involved in the neural circuitry related to reward (PMID: 23319622, PMID: 17560044). FOSB expression is decreased in pancreatic cancer (PMID: 20571966), and FOSB fusions have been identified in hemangioendothelioma (PMID: 24374978, PMID: 31243110). | ||||||||||
