| Gene Description | GHR, growth hormone receptor, is a member of the class I cytokine receptor family (PMID: 32069380) that regulates growth (PMID: 17308965) through activation of multiple signaling pathways, including the BRAF/MEK/ERK signaling pathway (PMID: 32069380). Overexpression of Ghr has been observed in a variety of cancers (PMID: 23807602, PMID: 30431745), including osteosarcoma (PMID: 31725956), and elevated levels in the serum of gastric cancer patients have been reported (PMID: 30873760), and a GHR-BRAF fusion has been identified in non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 29883838) and lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 26314551). | ||||||||||
