| Gene Description | HIF1A, hypoxia inducible factor 1 subunit alpha, induces transcription of many genes under hypoxic conditions and is a tumor antigen (PMID: 23999440). Expression levels of Hif1a have been associated with prognosis in breast (PMID: 32212787, PMID: 31821370), gastric (PMID: 31673244), lung (PMID: 31721962), and colon cancers (PMID: 32231135). | ||||||||||
