| Gene Description | ARL1, ADP ribosylation factor like GTPase 1, is a GTP-binding protein that in conjunction with effector proteins plays a role in the regulation of several cellular processes, including vesicle trafficking (PMID: 33715220, PMID: 28468990), cell polarity, and innate immunity (PMID: 28468990). An ARL1-MET fusion has been identified in non-small cell lung carcinoma (PMID: 35237515), and increased ARL1 expression has been demonstrated in melanoma (PMID: 34502169). | ||||||||||
