| Gene Description | MAGEA4, melanoma-associated antigen 4, is a member of the cancer testis antigen (CTA) family (PMID: 28300603), and regulates cell growth (PMID: 22842486). Overexpression of MAGEA4 has been observed in several tumor types, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 22842486), bladder cancer (PMID: 19533752), lung, breast, ovarian, colon, and esophageal cancers (PMID: 30881511). | ||||||||||
