| Gene Description | ROR1, receptor tyrosine kinase like orphan receptor 1, is a type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the NTRK superfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases, which has a potential role in regulation of Wnt pathway signaling (PMID: 28236965, PMID: 18848778). Overexpression of Ror1 has been identified in pancreatic cancer (PMID: 30272313), hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 30832318), and colorectal cancer (PMID: 28427197). | ||||||||||
