| Gene Description | ROR2, receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2, is a type I transmembrane protein that acts as the receptor for Wnt5a in non-canonical Wnt signaling (PMID: 23233346) and is a tumor associated antigen (PMID: 30450096). Overexpression of ROR2 has been implicated in tumorigenesis in several tumor types (PMID: 23233346), including cervical, pancreatic, lung (PMID: 29395309), renal cell carcinoma, osteosarcoma, breast, and colorectal (PMID: 30450096). | ||||||||||
