| Gene Description | PAK3, p21 p21 (RAC1) activated kinase 3, is a serine/threonine kinase that binds Rho GTPases to participate in signaling of cell migration and cytoskeletal reorganization (PMID: 23818969). PAK3 appears to play a role in cell transformation (PMID: 18639460, PMID: 23818969) and overexpression may promote tumorgenesis in pancreatic cancer cells (PMID: 31051214). | ||||||||||
