|Gene Description||SIRT6, sirtuin 6, is a member of the sirtuin family of proteins that acts as both deacetylase and mono-ADP ribosyltransferase, and is involved in diverse cellular processes including DNA repair, inflammation, apoptosis, proliferation, metabolism, and aging (PMID: 26717993).
