| Gene Description | AGGF1, angiogenic factor with G-patch and FHA domains 1, plays a significant role in the promotion of angiogenesis and the development of the vascular system (PMID: 29641288, PMID: 14961121). A fusion with AGGF1 and PDGFRB has been identified in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 29434033), and over expression of AGGF1 has been observed in several tumor types including colorectal cancer (PMID: 31881864), gastric cancer (PMID: 28289272), and hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 29340079). | ||||||||||
