| Gene Description | MCM10, minichromosome maintenance 10 replication initiation factor, encodes a protein that binds to single-stranded and double-stranded DNA, playing multiple roles in DNA replication (PMID: 23332289, PMID: 24662891), including the assembly of the replisome during initiation (PMID: 17761813, PMID: 10783164), replication elongation (PMID: 28270517), and DNA damage prevention (PMID: 17699597, PMID: 24726359). Increased expression of MCM10 has been identified in urothelial carcinoma (PMID: 27780919), lung cancer (PMID: 31638210), and breast cancer (PMID: 30135378). | ||||||||||
