| Gene Description | ZCCHC8, zinc finger, CCHC domain containing 8, is a zinc-knuckle protein that forms a subunit of the Nuclear Exosome Targeting (NEXT) complex, which may function in the regulation of RNA metabolism (PMID: 21855801, PMID: 25852104). ZCCHC8-ROS1 fusions have been identified in congential glioblastoma mulitforme (PMID: 27121553) and spitzoid tumors (PMID: 24445538). | ||||||||||
