| Gene Description | KDM3A, lysine demethylase 3A, is a histone demethylase influencing histone modification and chromatin remodeling to regulate cell cycle progression, cell differentiation (PMID: 22581778), and mitochondrial biogenesis (PMID: 31629659). Increased expression of KDM3A has been reported in bladder cancer, lung cancer (PMID: 22020899, PMID: 18984585), pancreatic cancer (PMID: 31442435), and metastatic colon cancer (PMID: 30578902). | ||||||||||
