| Gene Description | PBK, PDZ binding kinase, is a serine/threonine kinase that belongs to the MAPKK family, which plays a role in mitosis and cell proliferation (PMID: 25575812, PMID: 25881543, PMID: 26081429). PBK overexpression has been demonstrated in several solid and hematological tumor types (PMID: 25881543, PMID: 27334838, PMID: 30855480) and may confer resistance to radiotherapy in glioblastoma (PMID: 31874375). | ||||||||||
