| Gene Description | CTNNBL1, catenin beta like 1, is a nuclear protein that interacts with RNA splicing components via binding to nuclear localization signals (PMID: 21385873, PMID: 24269683). CTNNBL1 fused with RAF1 has been observed in breast cancer and elevated levels of CTNNBL1 has been linked to poor prognosis in ovarian cancer (PMID: 29242214, PMID: 28501461). | ||||||||||
