| Gene Description | ZMIZ1, zinc finger MIZ-type containing 1, is regulator of DNA transcription factors (PMID: 26522984) and a cofactor for Notch1 in the process of early T-cell development (PMID: 30076146). Overexpression of Zmiz1 has been observed in acute T lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 23161489), ZMIZ1-ABL1 fusion has been identified in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 18007576), and ZMIZ1 gene methylation may be prognostic in glioblastoma (PMID: 31373686). | ||||||||||
