| Gene Description | TNFRSF17, TNF receptor superfamily member 17, is also known as B cell maturation antigen (PMID: 30147690) and encodes for a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily that is mainly present on the surface of plasma cells and plays a role in cell survival (PMID: 23776238). Increased TNFRSF17 expression has been observed on the surface of multiple myeloma cells (PMID: 26370838) and may increase the number of breast cancer stem cells (PMID: 30131941). | ||||||||||
