| Gene Description | RPA1, replication protein A 70 kDa DNA-binding subunit, is part of a heterotrimeric protein complex, which functions in DNA replication, homologous recombination, excision repair (PMID: 29477843), and telomere maintenance (PMID: 29665433). Overexpression of Rpa1 is associated with poor prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 29477843) and esophageal carcinoma (PMID: 26824734). | ||||||||||
