| Gene Description | SERPINB4, serpin family B member 4, is a member of the ov-serpin family of serine/cysteine protease inhibitors (PMID: 27637160) and plays a role in cell growth and inhibition of the immune system (PMID: 29642409). SERPINB4 overexpression has been associated with various types of squamous cell carcinomas (PMID: 27637160, PMID: 29642409), and mutations may be predictive of response to immunotherapy in melanoma (PMID: 27668655). | ||||||||||
