| Gene Description | SDCBP, syndecan binding protein, is an adapter protein at the adherens junction that plays a role in cell adhesion, ubiquitination, synaptic development, immune regulation, exosome biogenesis, and metastasis (PMID: 26291527). Expression of Sdcbp has been observed to promote metastasis (PMID: 32061839) in a variety of tumor types, including TNBC (PMID: 29845474), HNSCC (PMID: 27811365), prostate (PMID: 29572229), and glioma (PMID: 29118922). | ||||||||||
