| Gene Description | TNS3, tensin 3, is a focal adhesion protein that regulates Rho GTPases activity, and plays a role in cell adhesion and migration (PMID: 26166433, PMID: 27748980), and the proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (PMID: 31905841). Decreased Tns3 expression has been identified in kidney cancer (PMID: 19194507), and a fusion with MAP3K3 has been identified in multicystic mesothelioma (PMID: 25484136). | ||||||||||
