Gene Description SKP2, S-phase kinase associated protein 2, is an F-box protein which acts as the substrate recognition component of the SCF ubiquitin E3 ligase complex (PMID: 12435635, PMID: 32014608). Upregulation of Skp2 has been identified in numerous cancer types (PMID: 23911321; PMID: 28514182; PMID: 28624440; PMID: 27160538), including glioma (PMID: 32165861).
