| Gene Description | STK10, serine/threonine kinase 10, is a member of the Ste20 family of serine/threonine kinases that acts as a mediator of adhesion and cytoskeletal organization in lymphocytes (PMID: 19255442, PMID: 10692593), plays a role in cell cycle regulation via association with Plk1 (PMID: 12639966), has been shown to downregulate NFkappaB activity, potentially acting as a tumor suppressor (PMID: 23842845), and negatively regulates the MEKK1 pathway, subsequently mediating CD28 signaling (PMID: 11903060). STK10 mutations have been identified in T-cell lymphoma (PMID: 23842845) and in testicular germ-cell tumors (PMID: 16175573). | ||||||||||
