| Gene Description | TLE4, transducin-like enhancer protein 4, is a co-repressor that belongs to the Groucho (Gro)/TLE protein family (PMID: 26701208) and may play a role in hematopoiesis and bone development (PMID: 25153823). Overexpression of Tle4 has been observed in colorectal cancer (PMID: 26701208), while decreased expression has been reported in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 18258796, PMID: 27636548), and a fusion, TLE4-NTRK2, is associated with ganglioglioma (PMID: 29502353). | ||||||||||
